Safejob Energy works to be a safe and predictable partner for both customers and employees. Therefore, we work strategically and continuously with our routines to be a leadership in HSE within staffing and hiring.<\/p>\n

Right from the start, our employees will be trained according to the requirements and standards the customer has set, in addition to having undergone internal training. We can also document that our employees have reviewed the current safety instructions for Safejob Energy. It is important that you as a customer give feedback as soon as possible on special needs for protective equipment or courses\/certifications so that our employees can arrive as prepared as possible when they meet at the workplace. When hiring labor, the hirer is to be regarded as the primary company with responsibility for coordination, according to Aml. \u00a7 2-2 and must ensure a fully responsible working environment for hired employees, according to Aml. Section 2-2 (1) b).\u00a0<\/p>

The hirer must inform, train and control hired employees in the same way as his own employees, including information about the hirer's security service and who is the local security representative. If necessary, the landlord's consultant and security representative must access the tenant's business to survey the working environment and contact the tenant's security service. When the coordination of working time arrangements is necessary for safety reasons, this is also the tenant's responsibility.<\/p>

We have our own safety representative who will be supportive in case of any safety-related problems at the workplace. The health and safety representative also works continuously with improvements we can make concerning HSE. In addition, we have two shop stewards from each of the two collective agreements we are part of, who represent and contribute to our employees.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

As a member of Safejob, it undergoes an annual audit of employees' working and HSE conditions and is certified as Audited Employer. This means that you, as a customer, can be confident that employees hired from Safejob are looked after and paid by current rules and legislation. Safejob is a member of Norsk Industri, and we have committed ourselves to two collective agreements: LOK with EL and IT Forbundet (within electrical engineering) and VO (industry agreement) with Fellesforbundet.<\/p>

As a member of NHO, we have also committed ourselves to following the staffing industry's ethical guidelines. The staffing industry gives private and public enterprises access to a flexible workforce, while for the employees, it is a valuable gateway to the labor market.
