About us
Safejob Energy (established in 2015) works to be a flexible and solution-oriented partner when staffing is needed. We have our head office in Bergen, but we provide staffing throughout Norway. We know that the market in i.a. construction, industry, and offshore can change quickly and that the need for additional staffing can arise rapidly. Therefore, we are ready to assist with labor both for limited needs at short notice and for the larger projects that lie ahead in time
We have the professional expertise to select the right candidates to meet their needs and have a large staff of skilled and committed employees. Our primary focus is high satisfaction, safe working conditions, and good working conditions for our employees.
Well-being and safety in focus
We think that a high level of well-being among employees means that we can deliver committed and skilled employees, both today and over time. This premise is the basis for Safejob Energy providing you with labor when you need it.
As of 2023, we have two different agreements within Industry and Electricity. In addition, we are a member of Norsk Industri. Safejob Energy works to be a safe and predictable partner for both customers and employees. Therefore we work strategically and continuously with our routines, in order to be a leader in HSE within staffing and hiring.
Member of NHO
As a member of Safejob, it undergoes an annual audit of employees' working and HSE conditions and is certified as Audited Employer. This means that you, as a customer, can be confident that employees hired from Safejob are looked after and paid by current rules and legislation. Safejob is a member of Norsk Industri, and we have committed ourselves to two collective agreements: LOK with EL and IT Forbundet (within electrical engineering) and VO (industry agreement) with Fellesforbundet.
As a member of NHO, we have also committed ourselves to following the staffing industry's ethical guidelines. The staffing industry gives private and public enterprises access to a flexible workforce, while for the employees, it is a valuable gateway to the labor market. The industry builds experience and competence, provides flexibility, and seems inclusive.
