Safejob Energy offers several practical solutions within staffing, recruitment, and resource planning to customers all over Norway. Recruitment
If employment is required directly with the customer, we can help you and your company find the right candidate. Then we will take care of all or part of the employment process, from advertisement to employment/joining. At the end of the process, the customer will be able to participate in the selection of the relevant candidate. The candidate will be employed by the customer from day one.
Personnel rental
You can hire valuable expertise for shorter and longer assignments with us. We offer staffing in the event of a sudden and planned need for labor, and are helpful whether there is a need for a single fitter or to staff up large projects. When hiring staff, we take on the employer's responsibility and the administration it entails. We take care of wages, necessary insurance, OTP, follow-up and payment of sick pay etc. Our employees come with protective equipment and tools according to customer specifications. As a customer, you only pay for work performed.
Combination
For certain customers and projects, it may also be appropriate to use a combination of hiring and recruitment. Within the legal framework for hiring, we will be able to ensure sufficient staffing - both short and long term - and also in the case of a need for more permanent employees directly at the customer.
The oil and gas industry
Bemanning til Olje og gassnæringen har blitt en stor del av leveransene, og de siste årene har vi levert operatører til mange on-/offshore prosjekter. Vi har en god database på kandidater som har lang erfaring med arbeid on-/offshore og som innehar alle nødvendige kurs og sertifiseringer. Ved utgangen av 2021, hadde vi i overkant av 200 ulike operatører utleid på forskjellige olje og gass installasjoner i Norge. Vi tilbyr HR- og bemanningstjenester over hele Norge, og kan i de fleste tilfeller levere bemanning til nye prosjekter på svært kort tid.
